These terms define responsible use of PuneBuzz. The platform is intended for lawful public information, city updates and general content discovery. Adult content, harmful activity and misuse are strictly prohibited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PuneBuzz, users agree to follow these Terms of Use and all applicable laws. If a user does not agree with these terms, they should discontinue use of the platform.

2. Platform Purpose

PuneBuzz provides digital news, summaries, events, markets, academic updates, articles and general information for public use. Content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be treated as legal, financial, medical or professional advice.

3. Responsible Use

Users must use PuneBuzz responsibly and must not misuse, attack, scrape, overload, disrupt or attempt unauthorized access to the platform, APIs, database or infrastructure.

  • No illegal, abusive, harmful or fraudulent use
  • No attempt to bypass security controls
  • No submission or promotion of adult or explicit material
  • No use that violates applicable laws or third-party rights

4. No Adult Content

PuneBuzz has a strict no-adult-content policy. Adult, pornographic, sexually explicit, sexually inappropriate or exploitative content is not allowed. Any content or activity violating this standard may be removed, restricted or blocked without notice.

5. Platform and Infrastructure

PuneBuzz uses cloud and serverless infrastructure to deliver the website and process content.

  • Hosting Platform: Vercel
  • Database Platform: Supabase
  • Backend Runtime: Vercel Serverless Functions
  • Content Sources: News APIs and internal processing services

6. Accuracy and External Sources

PuneBuzz may summarize or reference third-party content. Although reasonable efforts are made to present useful information, PuneBuzz does not guarantee that all content is complete, current or error-free. Users should verify important information from official or original sources.

7. Limitation of Liability

PuneBuzz is provided on an “as available” basis. PuneBuzz is not liable for temporary unavailability, data loss, technical interruptions, external service failures, incorrect third-party information or indirect damages arising from platform use.
